Buffalo Prayer Pillow

This leather pillow portrays a photo illustration by renown photographer, Keith Carter. The image is printed on leather. The clothes worn by the model are Patricia Wolf designs and were provided to Mr. Carter for the photo shoot. The beautiful model is actress Jackie Old Coyote. Keith Carter shot this photograph in black and white and the photo was then beautifully hand tinted in color by artist Cheryl Long.  The image is of a Indian maiden holding a buffalo skull to the sky, praying for a successful hunt. A panorama of a brilliant desert sunrise erupts in the background. The image is printed on Aged Cowhide leather, acorn colored deer skin fringe and lacing, and antiqued silver studs frame the image. The pillow back is a comfy faux suede. Price varies depending on size: Available in size 16″ x 16″ or size 18″ x 18″.
