Returns
Your satisfaction with every product is our top priority. Patricia Wolf products are hand crafted and custom-made to order. Returns or exchanges are accepted only at the discretion of Patricia Wolf and only for issues related to product workmanship, damage, or apparel fit. Approved returns are handled at no cost to the buyer.
Please contact Patricia Wolf within 14 days of delivery if you believe there are issues with your product that requires our attention. We will promptly work with you to resolve your concerns. With a long-standing reputation for exceptional quality and customer service, we want every customer to own products they are proud of and that reflect our high standards.
Products accepted for return must be in original, mint condition, with tags attached and no evidence of wear or use. At Patricia Wolf discretion, your product will be repaired or replaced. You will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning your item, and your repaired or replaced product will be shipped back to you at no cost.
Please note that an exact color match between the product and its appearance on your computer or device screen is not considered a defect, as variations may occur due to individual screen lighting and resolution settings.
Apparel
Garments and gloves will be made to your custom measurements and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Patricia Wolf provides the personal service of consulting with customers prior to cutting and sewing garments to ensure proper fit to your custom size proportions. If, upon receiving your garment, you feel it requires alteration, contact Patricia Wolf within 14 days of delivery to discuss your concerns. At Patricia Wolf discretion, your garment may be returned for alteration. Our experienced seamstresses will adjust the fit of your garment at no cost to you, ensuring that sleeve length and proportions are correct according to the measurements you provided. Your finished garment will then be returned to you at no cost. Please note that you are allowed one complimentary alteration per item.
Damage
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your product appears to be damaged during shipment. Immediately take photos of the damaged product and any damage to the shipping container. Patricia Wolf must receive photos of both the damaged shipping container and the damaged product in order to file a damage claim with the carrier or to replace your product at no cost to you.
